They told me it’s totally normal to be up to 2cm in the entire 3rd trimester. It wasn’t a concern because the dilation stayed the same and my water didn’t break.So I had prodromal labor for nearly 3 weeks this past pregnancy (gave birth about 8 weeks ago), starting at around 36+4.
